The client acknowledges that *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT is not responsible for any damage to persons or property, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damages caused by accidents occurring during the fishing tour. The client is responsible for their personal safety and that of their companions while aboard the boat.

It is strictly prohibited to engage in dangerous activities during the tour, such as excessive consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any behavior that endangers the safety of the client, passengers, or the boat. THE PARTICIPANT(S) confirm that they are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that may impair their judgment or understanding, or that could affect their safety or the safety of others. *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT may deny or interrupt the activity for any participant who may cause or suffer an infection or contagion, or who presents an unhealthy appearance or whose presence may compromise the safety and well-being of themselves and other participants.

The boats used by *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT are covered by basic insurance that covers damage to the boat. The client is responsible for having personal insurance that covers accidents or injuries, as well as damage to third parties. If additional coverage is desired, PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT offers optional insurance, which must be purchased in advance.

The client agrees to use the boat solely for fishing purposes and in accordance with the captain’s and crew member’s instructions. Any unauthorized use, such as navigating in restricted areas, excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or dangerous behavior, will result in the immediate cancellation of the tour without refund.

The client understands that weather and sea conditions can change, and in case of bad weather or adverse conditions that pose a risk to the safety of the tour, the coast guard may prevent boat departures. *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT reserves the right to suspend or reschedule the tour. In such cases, a new date will be offered, or a partial refund will be issued, as applicable.

The client and their companions agree to follow all safety measures established by *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT and the captain. This includes, but is not limited to, the mandatory use of life jackets and adherence to maritime safety regulations. PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT will not be responsible for injuries caused by failure to comply with these safety regulations.

Cancellations must be made at least *48-72 hours in advance. If the client cancels outside this period or fails to show up on the day of the tour, no refund will be issued. PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unforeseen events or force majeure, offering either a partial refund or rescheduling of the tour.

The client is responsible for returning the boat and fishing equipment in the same condition in which they were provided. In the event of damage or loss of equipment or the boat, the client will be responsible for covering the costs of repair or replacement as specified by *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT, its employees, agents, representatives, and partners from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the fishing tour, including damages to the boat, equipment, or personal injuries.

The client agrees to comply with all local fishing laws and regulations, including catch quotas, restricted areas, and protected species restrictions. *PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT reserves the right to suspend the tour if illegal or irresponsible fishing activity is detected.

*PASEOS TURÍSTICOS KT reserves the right to make modifications to the tour itinerary, the type of boat, or the crew for operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. In such cases, the client will be informed in advance, and a decision will be made in the best interest of safety and service quality.
